How the limits work
What is a monitored AI query?
One question we check every week across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity to see whether you are mentioned and cited. On Connect and above, Google AI Overview status is shown alongside mapped keywords. Monitored queries are pooled across all your sites.
Tracked keywords vs imported queries?
You can import and view thousands of Search Console and Bing queries on every paid plan. The tracked keyword limit only applies to the priority keywords we actively monitor and enrich with rank, competitor, and opportunity data.
What are AI credits?
A single pool that powers on-demand work: the AI assistant, manual refreshes, and audits. Different tasks use different amounts, so a quick answer costs less than a full site audit. Your scheduled weekly monitoring never touches credits.
What happens if I hit a limit?
We do not stop existing monitoring just because you reach a capacity limit on your current plan. To add more tracked keywords, AI queries, sites, or competitors, you can upgrade or add capacity. If you downgrade below your current usage, we will ask you which items should stay active; historical data remains available based on your new retention window.
What does “pooled” mean?
Pooled limits are shared across every site on your account rather than fixed per site, so you can put more capacity where it matters. Competitor tracking is the exception and is counted per site.
Can an agent set this up for me?
Yes. You can use ezStats with AI-assisted setup. API and MCP read access are available across plans, while MCP write actions, triggers, and alerts start on Connect.
Do AI credits roll over?
No. Monthly plan credits and subscription add-on credits reset each billing period. Annual plans still receive credits monthly rather than all at once.
What if my traffic spikes?
We keep tracking through normal spikes and notify you before action is needed. If usage stays above your plan capacity, you can add pageviews or upgrade. We do not silently drop data inside the normal grace window.
