ezStats is cookieless, with no cross-site tracking and no individual visitor profiles. In most cases you can run it without an analytics cookie banner, though your final compliance position depends on your site, jurisdiction, and the other tools you run.

No. ezStats never builds individual visitor profiles. Company identification works at the organization level only: it can tell you a business visited, never which person.
